Very unprofessional! Terrible to deal with the negative attitude of the employees!

We just hauled 4 loads out of H&H today for a local customer of ours. I emailed them Thursday to get a price list of materials for quoting the above job as well as another. I had a fast and very friendly reply with not only a price list but an application for an account so we could get contractor rates (better prices for me and my customer). I emailed them back the application Friday morning. I pulled in Saturday morning, they registered my truck in their system and the account was already set up and ready to go. The lady in the scale house was extremely nice and very helpful! She was very polite as was the loader operator! I've been in the trucking industry for 10 years. I've been to many many gravel pits, steel mills, forges, job sites and loading docks. As a driver AND business owner. H&H has by far given me the ABSOLUTE BEST service I have ever been given! I highly recommend them to anyone! I hope to get more jobs in that area so I can continue to use them as my supplier. Thank you H&H for the wonderful service!
