After storing items for several years without any issues, entire unit became infested with rodents, ruining a majority of the contents in my unit. Combine that with the annual rental increases and it quickly became time to MOVE OUT!
We have been using them for about a year and they have had the most unusual payment policies; This is the only time in my life I’ve had a business that won’t accept payments. Can you imagine being at such a great place as a business? Not to need money from it’s customers? Apply this policy to a credit card or car payment? It makes us wonder if they make more money in auctions than monthly recurring income? Because they already have your items the business model seems to based on proactive foreclosures. Please consider this when deciding where to store your items as the other reviews are mostly accurate, clean but expensive.
No attendant on duty, despite the "will be back" clock on door with a past time on it
This is a current problem going on seeing I’ve had two different units while being there & the other unit was fine but this last unit wasn’t. It seems nice & clean but I had to remove my stuff due to Moths that chewed through my clothes in boxes. I was originally just giving my sister some of my furniture out of there but I started noticing stuff once we moved stuff around & that made me decide to take everything out! Once I unpacked everything from storage there were dead mouses as well in my stuff! I Just had furniture & clothes in storage. My Aunt experienced rats in her storage that was really bad that was located on the outside units. I thought I was safe seeing my unit was on the inside. I seen the damage to all her stuff & she had way more stuff than I did! I’ve had my storage there for 3yrs & the rent goes up & up even with me down sizing to a smaller unit, the amount ended up passing my bigger unit I originally had. This is my 2nd time in life ever writing a review about anything but It was necessary!
