Not sure what happened to Kelly but we did not receive the same awesome customer service as in past reviews. She apparently has had a rough year and is warn out. We reserved a 10x20, packed up and drove down from Atlanta to be met the two most unhelpful depressed looking ladies. She had one unit left in that size, she told me, however the door is broke and asked if I still want it. I said, "well I can still get it open right?". To which she then says she actually can't sell it to me because the door....I would have to size up. I excepted they would honor the other price since I did reserve it but they would not. What gets me was the lack of care. A young lady came in behind me bcs her card wouldn't work and there was a line to get in, both ladies just looked that her like she was trash. I said to please help her so everyone can get in. We left scrambling to find another place open to use.

We live in a small town with a number of storage businesses. Storage Zone stood out as the most well cared for facility in town. Very Clean. Kelly at the front desk was very professional and helped me rent just what I needed. The security fencing and security gate appears new. Office hours posted are reasonable.
