Absolute worst storage place in Hampton Roads. The lady that runs the place is so inept you'd be lucky to find anything you left there. They are so outdated they make errors with credit cards and blame the customers. They haven't moved into the digital age or the computer age. They haven't really left the dark ages. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. There are a bunch of better reviewed storage comapnies close by!!

Auctioned off an entire unit for 5 dollars while I was deployed with no attempt to contact me. Business should be shutndown. If your interested in a class action contact me

Beware of the staff there. Basically steal your money: Customer service completely useless! They claim to have auto monthly pay, then their system malfunctions and they take no responsibility. I agree with last 2 posts; would rate them zero if possible. Take your business elsewhere.

Beware customer service is non-existent and their business practices are so old they cant process payments effectively. These short comings are passed on to the customer who ultimately suffers.
