DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING TO THIS HOSPITAL! We had such a terrible experience there when we took our new puppy for the wellness exam! Due to covid-19, we knew that we were unable to accompany our puppy, so we prepared a question sheet with all details, also including the health records. HOWEVER, the doctor did not review them at all! She gave our puppy extra vaccine, without even asking us for permission first. After the visit, I had to call the hospital several times to get our report (an INACCURATE one). She did respond to our questions after 3 days but I highly doubt if she can still remember the details from my puppy. In the end we had to re-schedule another wellness check in a different hospital. I did submit my review through their survey, but got no response at all. That's why I'm writing the review here just in case anyone else wants to visit here. It's totally a waste of my money, and my time!

They are amazing people and truly care about animals,, from the front desk staff to the Doctors. I learn something new about my two cats health and lives every time they go in for a check up. I highly recommend that you do the same. My cats Javier and Mr.Tux are happy and healthy thanks to the staff of VCA Lloyd .

Highly recommend!! The staff is amazing! I brought my guinea for an emergency, they were the only vets that would take him. And im so happy they did! I talked to atleast 5 people they were all so kind. The doctor explained in detail everything he found wrong and left the treatment plan up to me. I was so pleased with the price i immediately booked an appointment for my . I received the same kind treatment! This doctor was the same she was very helpful in explaining things to me , once again the price was very affordable! I got a welcome bag with food, a toy, a laser, booklets, and a sample of a good flea treatment! It was so cute i loved it!! Both times i received calls after checking in on my and . This is the only placei will use for my pets!

Dr. Kris is wonderful! She is extremely compassionate. Dr. Kris is hands down the best veterinarian around. You and your pet never feel rushed, she pays attention to detail, and she does whatever is best for your beloved pet. My chihuahua Rex has been extremely ill all his life, and Dr. Kris has always led me in the right direction. She's very thorough and follows through with every detail throughout treatment and care. Everyone at Lloyd's is very friendly. From check-in to check-out, and everyone in between...I could never thank them enough for all that they've done for me and my animals. It's comforting to know that I can rely on such an amazing facility. I've had pets all my life and I highly recommend Lloyd's. Sincerely, A pet Mom of two dogs and a cat :)
