My experience was very positive. I had a pellet stove insert installed and could not be happier. They took the time to listen to what I wanted, provided guidance on what I needed and why and what I would need to do prior to installing the unit. The team that installed my insert were very courteous and did a great job including showing me how to use it. All went smooth. Good local company I’ll continue to support in the future.

First time I've been there. Ordered a pellet stove to replace my aging one. Worked with Taz. Really nice guy. Knowledgeable and pretty chill. He answered all of my questions and even brought up a few I didn't think of. Called me up as soon as he got a shipment confirmation and we worked out an installation time frame. So far, I'm quite pleased. Update: Got the stove installed. They even cleaned the chimney before they installed the unit. The two guys were very nice. Stove is in and I love it so far. Definitely an upgrade from my old unit. Got the Harman, high efficiency model. 50,000 btu's. Lol. It cranks out the heat. Digital touch screen, thermostat, whole nine yards. Basically set it, and forget to it. It even let's you know when the hopper is getting low. You can get a cheaper model, but after having something like this unit, there's no going back. Everything I like about wood heat without the hassle of a wood stove. Brought in 5 bags of pellets 2 days ago. Thermostat is set to 75 and I still have a couple bags left. I haven't shut it off since we got it installed. It reaches the set temp and slows, even stops the burn until the room cools down 1 or 2 degrees, then fires back up to maintain the selected temp. Much more efficient than my other unit which you set to a certain feed adjustment and it just ate pellets. Anyway, sorry for the long update. I like it, I'd but it again.

Joe was very friendly and tried to accommodate my flag needs when they were out of stock of the item I needed. He even was able to reduce the cost of what I did end up purchasing by a few bucks to stay within my budget. I definitely recommend Stove & Flag Works.
