The confidence I have practicing yoga and getting massages at Xhale is thanks to their execution in preventing the transmission of Covid-19, the clean and beautiful facility and all the indoor/outdoor options. The yoga offerings are intimate and uplifting.
I've never been to an in person yoga session before but it was super fun and accessible! I had a fantastic time and I will definitely be going back soon

I love Xhale. I’ve had a lot of massages over the years but Nicole is definitely the best with the right mix of pressure that gives my achy muscles relief every time. As a mom of 3 little ones, I treasure my massages and time at Xhale. My husband and I attended the couples massage workshop for Valentines Day. With the great food and drink and small group setting, it was a delicious and fun experience. I also had the pleasure of attending the restorative yoga recently which was so relaxing. Can’t say enough good things about Jen and Nicole!
