When I moved into my first apartment, someone recommended Stream for my utilities. If I could go back in time, I'd choose them again and recommend everyone to contact them. They have great prices, customer service, and just an all around great company.

I've been with this company since 2012. I called today and spoke to two supervisors. First supervisor was not calm at all. He didn't conducted himself as a supervisor. His name is Ivan. Second one name is Marco. He was more calmed but hanged up on me. The reason I was calling was because my bill is so high compared to last month, It went from 191.17 to 471.75. They keep explaining to me that I used double the energy in the difference of a month. it is not reasonable. All they want to offer me is an payment plan. To me it doesn't make sense how the energy use spiked so high in one month when the whole year I haven't used that much energy. As you can see in the pictures I provided I have never used that much energy in the whole year. I also renewed my contract on Jan 6 and was told new rate would be effective that day and it wasn't. Now I'm stuck with this bad company for 2 more years

I would give this company Zero stars. I had them and then changed energy companies. Didn't have a balanced when I left them. They racked up fees and served me with court papers over some made up balance of 380.00 dollars. They are insane. Don't ever do business with them. Run - Run

Stream online Chat feature was very helpful to me. I contacted them during our Texas winter freeze due to out power outage and Emmanuel was very reassuring. He confirmed that they were aware of the power outage in my area and that it would be worked on as soon as possible.

I had a dilemma this month and I called and spoke to Raymond with Stream. Raymond was awesome. He helped me greatly with my issues, and also shared information with me on how Stream can help if I ever ran into this situation again. As of right now, my whole family, and a few people from my community have switched to Stream. This company is amazing....and there energy plans are tailored for the people. I am ever grateful to Raymond, and to Stream Energy. I have been a loyal customer for two years, and will continue with this company as long as I have the choice in my own energy service. I thank Raymond and Stream again for ALL he/they did for me today.
