Very friendly and welcoming front office people, nurse and physician assistant we met today. Team was able to satisfy the medical needs for my parents. Took extra effort to clearly explain our questions and beyond. Very affordable place for those in need. Thank you so much for your service!!

It’s a walk in clinic and they also say that even if you walk in there’s no guarantee that you’ll be seen by any doctor. These kind of clinics should be shut down for giving false information about it’s a walk in clinic
This review is not about the doctors or physicians, who are marvelous, at this location. This review is about one of the receptionist who checked us in on 09/30/20 @12:43pm. She was very rude and unprofessional. My appointment was at 1pm and they always call the day before to remind us, which I think is great. When I got there, the receptionist said they moved the location for our appointment to a different location. I told her that I was never notified about that. She rudely said yes you were! I played the voicemail for her as proof and she pretty much couldn’t do anything for us. After insisting on seeing a different doctor she finally allowed us to see someone else. Then she rudely asked if I was my son’s mother in a judgemental way. I have been coming to this location for 5 years and never had a bad experience till today. After today, I am considering changing PCPs.
Thank you to the kind receptionist that helped me check in and take care of my insurance mix up. Everything else was terrible The nurse rolled her eyes at me because I had to a many questions about my health The doctor barely did a check up, I was rushed out of that room within 10 min. I thought nurses and doctors were supposed care about their patients. This establishment is a joke. Don’t waste your time go somewhere that you will be cared for and properly checked.
I call a million times and didn’t give me a appointment and if they they it was weeks later
