If you were thinking of coming to this bank for whatever reason, think again. I'd love to write a good review but unfortunately the extremely poor services and constant frustration I have to go through every time I need to make the most basic transactions at this bank completely prevent me from saying anything nice. There is simply 0 exaggeration when I say that every time I walked into that bank I was humiliated and frustrated in a whole different way. They make even the most basic requests a chore such as a simple international bill pay or releasing a copy of a receipt with my name and signature on it. I had to wait 15 minutes for one of their supervisors to decide whether I am entitled or not to have the receipt for the mortgage payment I just made and signed for. Its is beyond words. If you ask why they refuse to do certain things with YOUR money the teller just gets defensive and refuses to explain anything. They're rude and incompetent. Just go to ANY other credit union. The fact that there is quite literally no one or just one other customer there should have scared me away the first time I went in there, but oh well, lesson learned.
