If your looking for top notch customer service and knowledgeable staff this is the place to buy! Brian and Tyler both did everything they could to make my buying experience the best! I live 3hrs away from the store but chose to drive down to pick up my kayak and accessories and am very happy I did! Can't wait to do business with again.
I started my search about 6 months before I bought my Kayak from here! I looked mostly online before I finally came in and always had my questions answered promptly with no pressure to purchase! I finally pulled the trigger today on a great deal put together by the staff. Also, they are knowledgeable regarding the products they carry and stand behind them fully. I would highly recommend!
I visited Strictly Sail with a friend to help pick up a used sail boat. Brian went over and above in every aspect I could think of. I wasn't the one buying the boat but I was blown away at how smooth the deal went and he never stopped working until we drove away. Cannot say enough good things about this place and felt inspired to write this even months later. Way to go Brian! If I'm ever shopping for a sail boat, I know where I'm going.
I have to say strictly sail is extremely helpful. I had a Hobie 360 with problems. Brian Tracy got the parts in a timely manner and even offered to loan me a drive until mine came in.
