I did some shopping for winter clothes. I hit the jackpot. I purchased 10 sweaters and a few t-shirts. I was very impressed with the selection of plus size items. All of the clothes were in great condition; no stains or holes. I also love that they don’t sell items that smell like smoke. The ladies working there were super nice and helpful. I drove about 25 minutes to get to this store and it was definitely worth it.

I came Clothes Mentor (Strongsville) with a large tote full of Calvin Klein dresses, full matching sets (some still with tags) and pants. I was extremely polite and did not receive the same attitude. I came to pick my items back up to hear them tell me “we’ve decided to pass on everything.” I made 0.

Horrible customer service, rude, cheap, etc. Will not go back! I walked around the store while I waited and my items were in way better condition then some of the stuff they had on their shelves.

I took in a NWT winter coat. It was a Calvin Kline wool dress coat with a price tag of 329.00. I was hoping to get 75.00...but was offered 13.40. What an insult...I’ll try to sell it on line.

I've sold clothing and accessories to this location several times and will continue to do so. I have always had a good experience. The staff is friendly and I believe that I've received a fair amount of cash for my items each time I've gone in. You have to have realistic expectations; at the end of the day, they're used pieces of clothing and jewelry so I'm obviously not going to get top dollar.
