Food was overall good, otherwise it would be a one star review. Worst service Ive ever had in my life including fast food. Have had great service in the past but unfortunately due to covid they must be desperate for help. Our introduction was “what ya drinken?” She struggled to open the bottle of wine we ordered, forgot my soup and tried to charge me for it, never refilled water ONE single time, dropped off our appetizers walking by passing it to my date saying “here grab this”. Saw the lady 3 times, never even got her name. Absolutely horrible horrible service for our 150 bill. Will never go back.

Amazing food! Ate out on one of the igloos, little chilly, but it was also 15 outside. Service was great as well.

The atmosphere is very sophisticated. I was afraid they only had wine but they do have a cocktail menu and beer on tap. If you like seafood, this place is amazing. I had the trilogy, the special they were offering. It came with a 4oz filet mignon, a 6oz lobster tail and a crab cake scampi on lobster mashed potatoes with green beans. It was amazing. I would also recommend the seafood chowder. Finished the meal off with creme brulee. I was nervous I was going to leave hungry before we got there. Boy was I wrong. Our waitress did an awesome job too. Never felt like I needed to wave he down to get something but she also wasn't hovering over us the whole time. It was nice. The price is what you'd expect. Definitely not an everyday thing for my budget but I would gladly go back again for special occasions.

I love this place. The hospitality is next level, the food is great, prices are reasonable for what you're getting, and the ambiance is unmatched. Come here for a special occasion, or like I do just for good food and company. There's a pub downstairs for a less formal area with bar specials if you prefer not to soak up the Victorian charm of the old Mansion upstairs. Two thumbs up, highly recommended.
