Very poor customer service at answering the phone was very rude. Put in to get a estimate to install simple lift gate on a pick up truck 6 days ago. It's like pulling teeth the get a estimate. Called other places today and got quotes within 2 hours. I don't care what there estimate is now it's not worth the aggravation.

Definitely one of the worst places I've ever worked. Quality control doesn't actually make sure the products leaving are quality they just do the work no one else has time for. Trucks leave not how the customer requests them on the order sheet. The old man who owns the company is cheap you won't get a raise, the company equipment is the cheapest they can find, most of it not working. Supervisors leave whenever they want to go hunting or set up tree stands, bad mouth their employees and then yell at you for not trusting them. If you work too fast and get the trucks ready to leave to quickly you again get yelled at because the manager is too incompetent to have more work for you, probably because he left work to go put up his tree stand. The owners kid works in the hydraulics department and everyone is careful what they say within earshot of him because apparently nepotism runs rampant and he runs to daddy and get people fired. Simply put, this place is garbage, everyone is underpaid, and overworked. If you're looking to have a truck built go anywhere else. If you're looking for a job go anywhere else. When you get tired of their games and grown men crying about parking spaces and quit they try to hold your tools hostage till you sign their nondisclosure agreement which is a joke because they think they have trade secrets not realizing that kovatch does what they do, better and on a larger scale, they don't know how to react when you laugh at them and tell them you aren't signing it. Seriously avoid this place.

The owner low balls you on the starting rate, the safety there is horrible, the equipment is old and doesn't work right, the moral of the current employees is low and disgruntled. Don't waste your time or skills on this place cause the company just doesn't care!
