They don't have a website so you don't what service is available for you they don't pick up the phone so you could ask a question how I am I suppose to know any answers to questions that I have and if they pick they hang up on you right away. Very unprofessionally
by Mary C. on 12/24/2015 I was a nervous wreck because I thought I lost my final paper. The tech, D, was able to retrieve my paper and break down why my laptop basically crashed on me. I loved the fact that he was talking techie to me and was actually able to break it down to me in terms that I understood. I was also able to purchase a BRAND NEW FULLY LOADED laptop from him at a very reasonable price with a warranty. I am very pleased with the services that i received and will continue to do business with D and this company.
