I recently tried a guided meditation class that was led here at Fly High Fitness. It was wonderful! It felt great to meditate weightlessly in the bungee hammock, where I felt supported and cozy. I can't wait to try the other fitness classes here with the bungee hammocks, it was fun! Thanks Sarah!

This is an awesome way to get a great workout while being kind to your knees, ankles and hips. Sarah is a patient instructor, gets to know your goals and limitations (if any), resulting in an interesting alternative to the gym. Making this a regular part of my fitness routine.

Bungee fitness is the best of both worlds! I get an amazing workout with a good sweat and I’m not even sore the next day like I would be with a typical gym workout! Sarah provides a high energy training session to help push you to reach your full potential and achieve your goals. If you’re looking for a fun new way to exercise you must give bungee a try!

We took our first bungee course class over the weekend. We arrived not knowing what to expect and Sarah made us feel very comfortable! We had a great time and got an amazing workout in just 30 minutes. The space was inviting and comfortable! I highly recommend this as a low impact cardio workout !

I have neuropathy and have difficulty exercising, especially my legs. Working out with Sarah’s guidance using the bungee has been miraculous for me. I can jump, run and move with no balance issues. A 30 minute workout is like an hour and the best part is I’m not sore the next day!
