Everyone was nice and helpful, even helping me pick out what I needed for my bike.. I highly recommend this store and I will definitely buy whatever I need from them. I am so grateful for this place! They were very helpful, honest, informative, friendly and went above and beyond in helping me out. I had a “weathered”, rusty bike that I was desperate to get functioning as a mode of transportation, but I was a bit doubtful if it could happen. Not only did they make it happen but they ‘extra’ made my day when two of the staff members helped to give my sister’s car a jump when it wouldn’t start after picking up my bike.... I really thought I was going to have to ride my bike all the way home (would’ve been a fun ‘test drive’, but it was dark already, my cell phone was dead and I’m newer to the area). I would recommend them 1,000 times over, whether you haven’t rode a bike in a hot minute (like me) or are an experienced rider with 100’s of miles under your belt- this crew knows their stuff!! Thank you Beyond Bikes!

Great repair service on my Trek. It was done quickly which I appreciate. I applaud you on being customer centric and you communication related to my repair was the best of any bike shop I ever visited. Your sales people on your floor are helpful but not over bearing which I appreciate. I will not visit any other bike shop and I vow to always patronize your shop and not shop for bike stuff on-line. With broken gears in the transmission of my electric bike, I needed a bike shop capable of doing this complicated repair. Fortunately, I found Beyond Bikes. Their super friendly service contact arranged for them to come to my house to get my bike since I cold not transport it to them. They coordinated with the manufacturer to diagnose the problem and to order the correct parts. The bike is now like new. I highly recommend this bike shop, I am completely satisfied.
