BEWARE! Terrible experience. Purchased a large evergreen here as my first home plant. They sold me on low maintenance and care. The plant came infested with Mealybugs & Fungus Gnats...I have no other plants, so it came from the WildFlora shop. I called for help, but they did not help me until I called back days later. I asked for an exchange or refund, but they would not do that either! Plants from this shop are infected with pests, WATCH OUT! They say its YOUR PROBLEM the second you leave the shop. Now I am scrambling daily with neem oil, alcohol pads to kill the mealybugs, did everything....but they remain and I have to do this daily. Hundreds of dollars wasted. Horrible company, customer service, etc.

The florists at WildFlora were extremely accommodating when I picked up my arrangement today. I asked for some changes to the one I ordered (my fault - I should have ordered a different color scheme) and they had a brand new arrangement for me within ten minutes!

I bought a peace lily from these guys a few months ago. Two weeks after bringing it home it started to wilt and I had no idea why. I shot them an email with a picture and they immediately replied telling me I was not watering it enough. Surely enough, I watered it and it came right back to work. Really happy with their customer service. Thank you guys!

Excellent flower shop! I walked in and asked them to make me a bouquet for my anniversary, they did not disappoint. The flowers they have are very different and appropriate for the season. I was so happy with the fast friendly service and with the excellent job they did on my flowers.
