Just leaving this great community after 2 years having my small biz there (moving out of town). The building owners/management are fantastic people, very responsive to any asks/questions about the facilities, and continually looking to make improvements to systems and the building. Highly recommend for any small biz owner or freelancer looking for a turn key solution with good amenities, quiet neighbors, and walkable to all of Ballard.

Great studio rentals. Facility is new, secure, pleasant waiting areas on each floor. I looked at several options but chose StudioWorks because I felt it offered the best experience for my photography clients and is very conveniently located right off 15th. Management has been extremely helpful and nice. It's very quiet inside.

Very clean and nice work spaces. Front entrance has secure code for entry. 4 floors worth of work spaces. Very clean restrooms! You can tell the owner takes great pride in this bldg., as it surely shows!
