Submitted an Application for Employment 2-3 months ago, went through 4-5 interviews all of which I was told went really well including the final one with HR, was told she needed to get together with the ones that I've interviewed with prior but from what shes heard it looks good, keep in touch through her secretary tells me over and over that due to personal issues with HR and her being out of the office a decision has yet to be made a month goes by with that same response over and over till one of the times I call the secretary says shes leaving the company to follow up with HR via Email so I do and get no response, so I call back and get a new secretary who has zero idea who I am but says she will look into it as they still have openings, Get a call back 10 min later "they wanted me to thank you for your continued interest in OFS but we've gone with another Candidate".... not at all happy with the experience I've gotten from this Company's HR department. 2-3 months in limbo for that kind of reply from an HR department. after being told there are openings??.. wow..

An OK company to work with (I worked there 3 years ago). But business always up and down, as a result, constant layoff company wide. Employees come and go, including management team. I saw people were laid off after only 4-month on the positions. Not a good place to develop your career. But if you need a check to pay your rent or mortgage, give it a try.
