The crew down @ Subaru of Bend are always professional, knowledgeable and go the extra mile to ensure if there are ANY recall or warranty repairs my Cross Trek is needing. I truly appreciate knowing my vehicle had parts replaced that I may have otherwise not known were a safety concern. Thankfully they're on top of these things.

I went into Subaru of Bend just to see the value of my 2018 trade-in and was pleasantly surprised by the stellar level of care for my situation and clear communication from Chris Mangan (sales). I ended up leaving with my dream car, a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Premium, for lower payments and an upgraded model from my 2018. Clark Fraser in finance also explained my warranty and options in an easily digestible way that I greatly appreciated. No pressure. Thank you both!
This was our first time buying a car from a dealership in 10 years, and it has changed for the better! Jeremy Fry in Internet Sales was absolutely wonderful ... very genuine, helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. The finance manager Fraser Clark was very honest, down to earth and I felt like he had our best interests at heart - not just trying to upsell us on a bunch of stuff we didn't need. We never felt pressured by anyone. The service department is easy to get a hold of and you don't have to wait weeks and weeks for an appointment. The entire process was very smooth. And we love our new car - thanks, Subaru of Bend!

Software update, 6-month service and headlight adjustment. Appointment was at 8 am. Check-in was friendly, fast and efficient. Our loaner, a 2021 Forester, was great. We didn’t expect our car to be ready for at least 3 hours, if not longer, but we got the call telling us it was ready at 10:30! Check-out and pick up was also friendly, fast and efficient. We were impressed with Bend Subaru when we bought our car and we are now impressed with the service department.
I recently located to this region and needed to have my regular oil/filter change done. Now, I have been having some low oil issues with my 2017 Outback and had it checked with the Subaru dealership I have been going to for several years back in GA before relocating and driving across country to OR. The day before I had an appointment with Bend Subaru, my car was having starting issues. I was able to get it started, called Bend Subaru and asked if they could get me in right away. Even though they were crazy busy, they were able to get me in and give me loaner. I also have an extended warranty that has come in quite handy as most cars are so computer driven and updates can add up. Chip Carmichael checked me in. He was very nice, very thorough, extremely knowledgeable with trying to assess my oil and starting issues to pass along to his mechanics. Extremely courteous customer services representatives that work at Bend Service. Chip called me the next day to let me know that my car was ready. He wants to see my car at 1200 miles to reassess the low oil issues. That made me feel comfortable and confident that Bend Subaru service will be my go to place for my Outback. I felt the prices were very fare based on my previous experience at my GA Subaru dealership. I really like Chip, he is a real pro and is funny, great personality. The rental assistant was super cool as well.
We just moved to Central Oregon and knew we needed a car. The sales people at Subaru were helpful and friendly. Not only did they help find the right fit for us, they made an otherwise stressful part of moving very easy. The website was very easy to navigate and the selection of new and used cars on the lot made it easy to find the right car. The few issues we had were quickly resolved and the team was always available to answer questions making service appointments a breeze. 10/10
