Lost all confidence in management of community and umh properties as a whole. Facing major landlord retaliation for complaints. (Mold found in unit) Management showed up to my unit seeking another tenant to move truck from street (tenant was not at my unit) when I asked manager to leave multiple times, police were called. Nothing came of situation. Then later that week got violation for harassing landlord. 2 weeks later got another violation without notice. When I contacted landlord regarding said violation they said I was getting evicted. Read lease carefully, management does not enforce till there is an issue. Management also does not follow through with complaints. There are units being used as animal rescue shelters that have farm animals living in them. Stray cats, pit bulls, German sheppards etc residing in community. Other residents have let there animals do their yard and kept going. Speed limit is 15mph but is only enforced when convenient which is a problem with children. Lot rent is specified at a certain amount but lot lines are not clear and vary from staff member to staff member (no clear answer). One of the contractors that do work in the community is related to management. Multiple problems have occurred with contractor but no enforcement due to immediate relation to management. I would not recommend. new management is needed.

The people are very helpful, the community is beautiful and clean. The keep the roads fairly clean in the winter and the roads are paved nicelt with no potholes. However the lot rent is very expensive as far as lot rent goes and every year it goes up more.

Lived here until I was 14, and my gram still lives here. Since they are under new management the lot rent has become outrageously expensive. Not a whole lot of attractions out that way either. No park, no stores, not a whole lot.
Not ugly to drive by after 12 years.
