I like how they have use the text to be in line function, makes life much easier in a sense, we came on a very cold day and I would have thought that they could at least bring out some sort of heater for the people waiting outside that are basically next in line. They really need a some sort of innovation to the place or expansion of the building or maybe move across the street and make a bigger DMV

Get you in and out pretty fast here. Can use digital documents displayed on phone for insurance and property taxes. Not a lot of people come here. Took about 10 minutes at 2pm on a Thursday.

I called ahead and had my place in line. As you receive the text saying they are ready the lady at the front door is calling your number - be ready to go so they won’t skip you. Heather helped me at the window and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a new vehicle to title & was in and out in 5 minutes.

I am extremely happy I found out about Sugar Creek DMV! I downloaded the \QLess\ app to reserve my spot at the front of the line this morning. There was only a very short wait when I arrived, and then Shirley was very professional and personable in helping me get my motorcycle endorsement added to my license. Based on previous experiences, I have been very critical about contracted DMV services, but Sugar Creek is definitely setting the correct standard. The level of service was far superior to the North Kansas City DMV that I have always used in the past. It was well worth the extra 10 minute drive!
