Why aren't you open right now? Your office hours say open but we just drove over to pick up taxes and your closed? Yes very helpful. Thank you! Maybe just add that your closed during that time to the website in the future or put sign on door. Just so people know. Greatly appreciate you responding so quickly. Thanks for the email! terrible don't ever use they don't ever answer the phones and i work right by their facility in walking distance and they are unprofessional and have delayed so many things.. They aren't there full time and have a small staff with people who are young and not experienced in the business world if you cared about your customers you call them back promptly but they don't care.. i had to give one star otherwise i'd be zero

Do you not take your taxes to this company they don’t answer the phone they procrastinate. Went to them two months ago for them to do amended tax return I’ve had to follow up repeatedly they keep saying they’re going to have them done and today they said they’re not gonna do my taxes I have to pick them up and find another pair after two months of lost time in addition to the lady being belligerent with me in conversations that we had. Drop my taxes off the beginning of May and two months later she had not even looked at them and told me to pick them up.
