Terrible experience. This broke on us during the rental while we were unloading the snowmobile. We reached out to the owner immediately but he was unavailable as he mentioned he was going out of town, so we dropped off the snowmobile by ourselves, as previously agreed upon. I later got a charge for a few hundred on my credit card. Reached out to the rental place and was told it was our fault. We had the photos inspected by a third party mechanic and they concluded the part broke as a result of poor maintenance. Seems like vehicles aren’t maintained properly and when something breaks, the cost is just passed on to the renter. I would completely understand if we were out pushing the snowmobile and it broke, unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. It broke as we were unloading it from the trailer.

Having grown up in Spokane, I often choose Coeur d'Alene for my vacation destination/home away from home. I have rented boats from other companies in the past and while those experiences were good they were not the red carpet, personalized treatment I received from this company. They are friendly and welcoming and detail oriented. During my week vacation, I was able to use both their pontoon boat and one of their speed boats....Jake demonstrated how to operate and dock both boats. Both boats were exceptionally clean. They gave us suggestions of different locations to dock throughout the lake to enhance our experience. One day was particularly windy and choppy water. The speed boat handled smoothly and accelerated with power and ease. Our teens really enjoyed the large tube they provide for the speed boat. This was a fantastic vacation!!! This company cares about both your experience and your safety. I will definitely be contacting them for equipment rental in the future. I highly recommend them.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! I absolutely recommend this company to everyone! Jake and Michell are amazing! They made sure we had a great time on our vacation. Very knowledgeable about the area and their beautiful boats. We can't wait to come back!! The Tige speed boat is my favorite! Very clean and well maintained! The kids had a blast on the tube, which they provided and made sure everyone was safe and had the correct gear. I appreciate such caring people that go above and beyond for others. Thank you for our amazing experience Jake and Michell!!!
I rented a snowmobile. Needed it in a pinch. Jake came through and really helped me out. 5/5 will rent again. I rented the sled to access a cell site on a mountain top. Jake was super helpful and was able to work with our schedule. I found out that he also rents out scooters and boats. If you are looking for a rental service this was one of the easiest rentals I have done. Seriously hit these guys up for your rental needs.
