You get charged just what ever they want to charge you,there's not a facility where you can go and talk to someone about your bill, it's all done over the phone,had some amounts on my bill that I had never seen,but of course you have to pay or no power!!!! What happened to being able to talk to someone in person???? Not only have you took jobs away from hard working people but now you take money from disabled people and we have to take it cause we have to have power!!!! Never missed a payment nor have I ever had my power turned off but now I have a bill that I've never seen!!!!Hope your getting paid good to screw people over!!!!

You cannot get anyone to talk to you without your life history having being entered if that even works. They give inaccurate estimates for power restoration and you can’t get a hold of them. I would like to know if I have to get a generator out or not. Last time they said two hours only to become 10 hours. Now I am trying to talk to a real person to get real info and can’t.
