This place is incredible. My husband and I just tried this place for the first time and we just became regulars. Hospitality is top notch from the owner to the waitstaff and even the chefs. They make you feel at home and you can truly tell they all love what they do. Also, it was the best Japanese Cuisine we have ever had. The sake sangria is a must have. This restaurant deserves a 10 star.

Have been coming here since 2018, the owners and staff are wonderful and full of energy. As far as food is concerned I have not found a Japanese eatery that can match the quality of the food this place puts out. There are a few musts to try on the menu, the kalbi (beef short ribs) and the bacon wrapped quail eggs. The owners are some of the most hospitable people I have met, and when it is possible I will always send friends and family. This is definitely on my top 5 places in the greater Charleston area.

The experience was amazing and the food was too! Mama Myles was so sweet and our waiter made great recommendations. The fried chicken lettuce wrap appetizer was soooo yummy, the house sauces they provide for dipping anything in were so flavorful and the ramen I got was lovely with really good noodles!

Excellent! In my opinion the best Japanese cuisine in the area. The cuts of meat are superlative and the flavors are equally delectable. Definitely a hidden gem to be found!

I consider myself a large fan of Japanese food, especially when it’s authentic. This place takes it an entire flight of stairs beyond my expectations. This is the friendliest restaurant/grill that I have ever been to. Mama Myles is a very sweet and attentive host, Chef Jun and Red are extremely friendly and capable, and the waitress Carly was kind and very fun to talk with. This place feels like a second home lol. I only regret not having brought the appetite to match the amount of food and great service they brought. If you have not been here yet, I would seriously recommend coming.

The food was delicious and meticulously prepared. The owner visited our table as seems to be her custom, and she was delightful. She sang happy birthday to my friend and you could tell she was absolutely grateful for all of her patrons in the dining room.
