Giving 5 stars because they were easy to work with regarding covid restrictions. I really appreciate your help. I will book again once things are back to normal.

This was a memorable vacation for us! We loved the cabin, the mountain view, and the sound of the river running through the backyard even though it was too swift and cold to get in. We waited all week to get a glimpse of the resident moose and he did not disappoint us on our last day there! This picture was taken in the backyard between the cabin and the river. The mule deer also made an appearance and decided to relax for a while beneath one of the trees in the back yard. The cabin was clean and cozy with everything you might need. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to relax in a peaceful natural setting but only a few minutes from town. Lots of outlet stores for the shopper in the family, and there are some nice hiking trails within a few minutes drive with spectacular views. I would give this place 19 stars if possible!

everything was exactly like they show, and really good specifications to access to the apartment, I gave 4 star because they say that is salt, pepper and oil included in the kitchen and do not have any, but the rest is good, and beautiful view of the mountain.

Giving this 1 star due to the complete unprofessional property manager; who lied straight to our faces stating that police came to the property to shut down our \party.\ There was NO party -- I will admit the music may have been a little too loud, in which we apologized to our neighbors and ensured that this would not happen the 2nd night. After the property manager disrespectfully & blatantly lied to our faces about the police -- WE went to the police station to talk to them and ask. They had 0 reports of this. This is the most unprofessional property manager / group I have ever dealt with and there is absolutely 0% chance I will ever give this group my business again -- I will also not refer this place to any of my family members moving forward who very frequently visit the resorts. We paid for a full weekend and were notified an hour and a half before we had to be out of the rental on Saturday. It's such a shame because the property and location is great...Oh well. Oops I almost forgot that the shower in the master bedroom wouldn't even open. Never again.

We stayed at Chateau Acadia 101 for 2 weeks in August and had a GREAT stay! PROS: -Well-stocked kitchen for cooking -Spacious, private bedrooms with comfy beds. The basement one doesn't have windows, but was perfect for the kids. -Beautiful view from the large ground floor patio, and even MORE beautiful views from the private bedroom balconies -Located *on* the bike trails - so bring your bikes if you can! -Great location - walking distance to Lake Dillon, just a few miles to grocery store, restaurants, farmers market, etc. 5 minutes to Keystone and 20 minutes to Breck. -Loved the grill with a view! CONS: -Highway noise is a little loud at first, but only if you have the balcony doors open. (And at night it quiets down.) -Bedding was a bit heavy for summertime - even with the doors/windows open -Floors could use a good scrubbing/mopping. My baby's knees/feet got *filthy* within just a few minutes of crawling around. -The only hiccup with the stay was that Summit Resort Group forgot to include the parking passes in our packet, so we had to make a special trip over the next day. (Might have been nice for them to offer to drop them off.) Also, we could only get one of the house keys to work, so those should be checked. (Didn't impact our stay, though - we were always all together.)
