State farm set up a rental car with Hertz while my RV was in the body shop. The staff at Hertz were rude on the phone and not willing to provide paperwork and the car delivered to the body shop. They wanted to pick me up drive me across town to sign paper work before they would rent a car to me. The body shop was nice enough to call State Farm and switch the rental contract to an Enterprise rent a car. A nice well groomed and polite young man delivered the vehicle to the body shop. We did the paper work on his tablet and I was all set. Saved at least an hour of my time and the rental was a very clean 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I will always request Enterprise. Very professional and polite. Hertz? Not so mych

I checked with other rental places and they were expensive. Jake set me up with a KIA and the price was great and the car was clean. I had it for five days. Brought it back with a full tank and received my full deposit back. I will return again in the future. Thank you all for your hospitality
This location was super busy.. Nicole the branch manager there handle the crowd with skill and etiquette. While there was phone screaming off the hook, she was cordial yet serious.. She was personable with everyone in the lobby and she had time to crack some jokes which is the tension in the room. This location seriously means more staff...or they should pay her double. I have no affiliation with her I am just a Ford recall renter. But people should be recognized for their excellent customer service
Super rude employees! Not a good experience. Prepaid for a car and wasn't available for pick up. No effort made to fix it. Most of all was the utter lack of empathy or care on the part of the agent. She was rude and dismissive.
Awful! Do not get your rental car with Hertz!!! I only went with them because insurance sent me to them for my car to be repaired. One of the employees had me sign first and I didn’t realize I was signing for a car that I hadn’t even chosen yet. He brought it to me telling me it had a half a tank of gas and to just make sure to bring it back with a half a tank of gas. I returned the car with a half a tank of gas. Well, apparently one of the things I didn’t know he had me sign for was a car having a full tank of gas and I ended up with a charge of about 65 after I returned the car. After numerous phone calls, no one is helping me with this charge that I feel is fraudulent. We also found out that the person that I got the car with doesn’t work there anymore. My husband and son were both with me to serve as witnesses to what happened that day. Hertz didn’t seem to care and wouldn’t take the charge off. Don’t use Hertz! This was the first and last time I will ever use them.
