Words can not express our gratitude towards Brandy and Vickie. We've been renting from Rancho Plaza Realty for about 3 years now and we just love the prompt service that we get. They just don't treat you like Tenants but more like family. When I first found Rancho Plaza Realty I called and Brandy picked up right away she was up front and honest with me. Then we met Vickie Hightower and when I say that her first Impressions was great my kids fell in love with her. She went above and beyond for my family. We couldn't thank Brandy and Vickie Hightower enough. Thank again for renting to us.

I have been a Rancho Plaza Realty renter for 5 years. the agent Vickie Hightower is a great property manager and I can say that the whole time I lived there I was completely happy. I have since purchased a home and Vicky recommended one of their agents, Donna Blanchard to assist me in my search. I cannot say enough good things about Donna. She is extremely knowledgeable (she really knows contracts, this is so important!) professional, a good negotiator and likeable. This was a first home purchase in over 40 years so needless to say I was feeling nervous and out of my knowledge zone. Donna took great care to explain every step in detail and answer my questions thoroughly. In the end I felt like I got a good house for a good price and the process was seamless and straight forward. I feel very lucky to have he as my agent and I will recommend her to friends and family. If you need a place to rent contact Vickie and if you are looking to buy or sell, do yourself a favor and talk to Donna.
I just wanted to take a moment to compliment Brandy in her outstanding customer service skills. She is professional, polite, and so friendly to work with. She is quick to respond to my maintenance requests, and is constantly following up to make sure everything is taken care of promptly and efficiently on their end, and with their vendors. It’s such a pleasure to work with someone so upbeat and who takes such pride in doing her job! If you speak to her on the phone, you can tell she has a smile on her face! I highly recommend RPR for all your rental needs. Brandy, keep up the good work, you’re absolutely amazing!!
They cheated the family in their time of need and mourning. This firm took a DOUBLE commission on a house and passed on a higher offer. Just ask them about Colleen Place in COSTA Mesa. Shame on them. Out of town agent doesn’t know the market. Wow They lied and cheated. Don’t trust them with your loved ones estate. Choose any other company, but ECC Plaza.
Until Joe McKnight and Ranch Plaza Aging Services came into the picture, several months and what seemed like hundreds of hours were spent searching for the best possible living arrangement for my aunt, all while living in a different state, during a pandemic. This search was very, very frustrating and difficult. Once I was in touch with Joe, I was able to sleep at night because someone who cared about my aunt was assisting in this incredibly hard journey. I cannot give enough accolades to every single person on Joe’s team who assisted on this journey. They were all professionals who were patient in addressing concerns and timely answering questions. The best part is that they all cared about my aunt and we were able to make the right decision about selling her house and placing her in a care facility based on their invaluable input and guidance. There are actually companies who employ people that care – thank you Ranch Plaza Aging Services!!!
