The technician, Ammin, arrived on time. He was very courteous, polite, friendly, advised what he was going to do and also had on a mask. He was very neat and picked up after. Also tested every room in the house. I asked him to see if the furnace filter I was using is a \good\ one. His response was yes and asked how often I changed the filter. I advised monthly and he said that was \great\. I would highly recommend his and Canyon State.

I had my new A/C unit inspection done for winter. The inspector was courteous, professional, wore a mask because of COVID. He inspected the unit and gave me a recommendation for a surge protector to be installed. I appreciated his suggestion and will do so on the next inspection. He also changed my A/C filter which required a step ladder. I really appreciate that as I am a senior citizen and do not like ladders. I would recommend Canyon State A/C to anyone.

Replacing a new ac/heat pump: quote was 1400 cheaper than Parker & Sons for a \Carrier\ unit and Canyon State was a better \Trane\ unit. Saved money and the install team (Drew, James) and Martin, salesman were all very professional and cleaned up very well after themselves. Crane operator really good at his skill. Everyone was prompt. I would highly recommend them as I had no complaints.
