After speaking with several solar companies over a two year period we ended up signing with SunUpZeroDown. Brad (our salesman) was great, he came out with a simple-straight-forward proposal for our home (and gave me the best price out of all the companies I had spoken with previously). There was no pressure (something I had experienced with other local companies) and Brad was very quick at answering any and all questions I threw at him. They handled all of the permits and took only 2 days to install our 53 panel system, which looks GREAT! Thank-you so much Brad, I cannot wait to go live and watch the savings roll in! Amazing customer service! I had an infestation of pigeons under my panels. I called and Joe Carew was awesome. He had a team out in 48hrs to take care of the situation before any damage was done to my roof. I highly recommend sun up zero down for solar!
What a fantastic experience! Phil Maturi from Sun Up Zero Down was my rep from the company. He laid out how the process would work right from the beginning. The panels were installed by a very friendly crew who answered all of my questions. If I had additional questions I was able to call my rep or the office and get immediate answers. The owner of the company even communicated to me about one of my concerns during the process. If you are contemplating solar panels give Phil at Sun Up Zero Down. You will not be disappointed. Five stars!
We were amazed at what a simple process it was to have Sun Up Zero Down install our solar system! Brad made it easy to understand the benefits, calculate our requirements, and walk us through the installation and start-up process.
