What can I say about Jilbert (Jibo as he’s known) and his rental service that hasn’t already been said. After getting quotes from basically every rental company in LA we were referred to Local Events through our DJ Armond. We made an appointment with Jilbert to visit his modest showroom and were shown a catalog of all the other options he had available for our wedding date. We found a lot of the same styles as other rental places, but his stuff barely looked used (maybe not that many people rent gold chairs and tables). He helped us design our table settings to go with the furniture, but what surprised us the most is getting a quote right on the spot - coming in 500 less than the other cheapest rental company we were in talks with. And the rentals we got were not “cheap” at all, there just didn’t seem to be any price gouging on his end (we booked about 6 months before our wedding, and he told us most places will charge more for the short notice). In total we rented 350 gold chivari chairs, our bridal table with king & queen chairs, cake table, and rectangular gold & glass tables for our parents and bridal party. This included setup and tear down at 3am. Jibo and his crew showed up and worked with the event planner to make everything look spectacular. I forgot to mention we also rented white drapes from him and he even designed it to stand out with a unique tassel look. My wife was so pleased. You’ll hate yourself for not messaging him. I’m sure he’ll beat anyone’s price to win your business like he did with us. If you’re reading this, thanks Jibo. AraArgine

I called to get pricing for about 10 chairs and was told they don’t sell them for that amount of chairs. With social distancing going on and how we shouldn’t have more than 10 ppl in one setting with 6 ft distance, you’d think they make an exception.. won’t be ordering from here for any kind of gathering LS

Used them for rental of table and chairs for an office party. Prices were very reasonable and the stuff look well maintained. Pickup and delivery was done on time. The staff at Local events rental was great and were very easy to deal with. They also gave me 10% discount for my next rental. Will be using them in the future for sure. Thanks for a great Job!!!
