I popped in just before the end of the month one day inquiring about renting a unit. Nothing was available at the time but the gentleman behind the counter (Frank) Took my name and needs. The next day or so, I received an email letting me know that a unit was coming up, and he had put a hold on it for me till 630p that day. I did not get the email until the next morning, but when I called they still had the unit reserved for me and I could come in anytime to register for it. I found it particularly refreshing to have someone actually look out for me and go the extra mile to make sure that I was given priority for the unit and taken care of so professionally. The next day I went in picked up the unit and was in and out in minutes. Nice folks to work with at Sundance Self Storage.

Super easy to reserve a unit; incredibly friendly and helpful staff working in the front office; unit access is easy and they have carts on site for tenants to use to move belongings into units. The perfect solution for our church's storage needs!

The staff was fantastic. So professional and very nice. They are so clean and they practiced social distancing. I am super impressed. I was planning to look at several others that day and Sundance Storage was not on my list because I thought they would be to pricey being brand new and all. But turns out I had to make a U-.turn and decided to just check. I was given a great price and more than expected. Thank you for all your help.
The customer service was great, but i was mainly impressed by how each step of the process was organized. The security there is outstanding and the way they do your paperwork was very detailed and organized.
The staff was very helpful, the place was clean and organize.
