We went to Sunline to purchase a baseball bird bath as a gift for my uncle who's son recently passed away. They were so AMAZING in helping us make sure we got the right piece for our family to remember an important person in our lives. I wish words could express how truly, truly grateful we are to the staff and owners because they helped make a difficult time easier for our family. Super disappointed in the customer service and response time at Sunline. I went in with a bit of research on gas fireplaces, and fully prepared to make the investment. I was the easiest sell that you could have - card in hand, ready to spend. The first person I met with did give me some time and some tips for measuring and what I might want for my space. I went home equipped with some next steps. I called multiple times the following week to follow up and purchase. I finally drove back to the store - about a half an hour away. The original person I met was there and barely paid any attention to me, and the second person just didn't seem all that eager to make the sale. I went home with one extra step to take measurements and instructions to hire a chimney sweep. I secured the chimney sweep, took the measurements and I emailed them the next morning - as instructed - with all of the details and ready to make payment and order. No answer. I called, no response. The Regency sale was ending that day. I emailed again the next day and called again. No response. I don't usually spend the time to make negative reviews. It's tough times, and no need to make things worse. But seems worth it to say \buyer beware.\ This is a pretty fair investment with some steps involved and important to me to have a professional and helpful customer service to respond and walk through in a timely manner. It seemed like they just don't need my business - so we'll be taking it elsewhere.

BUYERS BEWARE I ordered and paid for a statue back in May. I was told it could take up to 6 weeks. I was fine with that. Every time I called they added another month. Finally last week, without my consent, they cancelled and refunded my order. Funny 3 weeks previously they told me if I paid an ADDITIONAL 150.00 shipping they could fill my order right away. The other option was they could refund me and let me know when the statue came in. I rejected both offers and told them I would continue to wait. I've now been informed by email that they are no longer doing business with that company. I wonder if I paid the ADDITIONAL 150.00 if they would still be doing business with them. I guess I'll never know since Cindy refuses to answer or return my calls. They are being reported to the BBB.
