I was very impressed with their professionalism. They worked quickly and efficiently to replace a window. They were friendly, conscientious, polite and wore a mask at all times. Impeccable craftsmanship. And they cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Always very cordial and responsive over email. The process for getting the window ordered from the factory took some time, but that is to be expected, in the middle of a pandemic.

I had a very complicated job involving curved glass windows in an old townhouse. I don’t think many companies could have handled it, but Ariel did a very good job creating templates and finding a fabricator that could create the glass panes before installing them well.
He interviewed me for a position within his company. He asked me to come in and he said he'd pay me for my time 3 hours if my time wasted (WHICH HE NEVER DID) I emailed him about this and he never responded. He also said that he would give me a courtesy call to let me know I wasn't hired but never heard from him. He taught me how he likes things done on the computer system but when he asked me to show him how I would post payemts in QB he told me I needed to go on you tube and learn how to do things right. This comment blew my mind because if any one knows QB If you receive a check with an invoice number I would go into the invoice and within the invoice i would go to receive payments enter the check amount, the check number, the date received and apply the payment, save and print paid invoice. This guy told me I did it wrong that I should go into receive payments, search for the invoice, click on the invoice , then go into receive payments in the invoice and do the same steps that I did Which to me made no sense because if the invoice number is on the check that you received why would you need to search for the invoice in receive payments when the invoice number is on the actual check. Weirdo

Best service in NYC! The guys were amazing in fixing our window hinge that was apparently too complex for other companies! Ariel knew exactly what to do! They were super busy but made sure to fit us into their schedule to get it done promptly! They came to measure and gave us a free quote while other companies tried to charge us a high fee for simply "will try to fix but no guarantees". These guys were extremely knowledgeable and good at what they do and their work was superb. Extremely reasonably priced!! Will be using them in the future for everything window-related! Thanks again!!

Company is horrible. Spoke to the owner of the company and he made it quite clear it is not their fault for not being able to perform a job they were requested to do over a month ago. DO NOT USE and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!
Great company. Small and cramped. No leadership short supplied and non negotionable. Puts employees in uncomfaortable situations ..overall work is good just not put together ..undiversified .I would say
