Boat was filthy! Staff was nice! How difficult is it to vacuum or Clorox wipe? Especially during COVID! Looks as if boat was never ever cleaned. Old cigarettes floating in cup holder, hair balls, grime, dirt, pistachio shells, leaves, and dust bunnies were all over. Seats and boat walls had visible grime and smears of who knows what. We still enjoyed lake and tubing. Staff was nice and helpful. I just vote for a good deep cleaning.

We rented a pontoon boat from Lake LBJ Resort and Marina for the second time this past Labor Day weekend. The first time was during Memorial Day weekend. Lake LBJ Resort and Marina offers exceptional customer service and easy booking. We highly recommend booking your next water fun activity with Lake LBJ Resort and Marina.
Would not recommend this rental establishment for jet-skis! When we arrived for our reservation inside a building smelling like cigarette smoke, we learned that due to break downs they didn't have one available. We decided to wait for one to be serviced since we drove over an hour from home. While we waited we saw this is the norm here as many family's came and went due to the same issues with boats. One family left with small kids crying. An hour later we finally got our very run down rental. We had a 4 hr reservation but only was on it for 2 hrs due to other time commitments and was still charged for the entire rental. You'll see many red flags before going out on their rentals. Wished I would have listened to my gut and not waited for a run down jet ski and being over charged! Run away fast.. you've been warned!
Had a great experience with equiptment and customer service. We rented a 2 tune pontoon boat and it performed as it should. We were given detailed instructions on where to go and how to perform basic operations of the watercraft by Billy. We met the owner Georg and his hospitality was nothing short of stellar. He was just as friendly and passionate about our safety and enjoyment while utilizing their services. We will definitely return.
EVERYONE on our boat had a blast!! Staff was as friendly as you expect Texans to conduct themselves. It is a bit of a drive, but definitely worth it. Plus Texas hillcountry views are magnificent.
