If i could give 0 stars I would, I've lived here for almost a year... It is the worst place to raise a family... She let's drunks do maintenance on the houses... She allows drug dealers to reside and conduct business here... They say rent is a certain price and once you pay that amount, Karen Maple will slam you with hidden water, trash, and sewage fees. Then charges a 130 late fee as well as a 50 service fee to walk 50 feet to deliver a letter... Basically you're paying 650 for rent on a 2 or 3 bedroom house... She REFUSES to fix anything in the houses... We have black mold everywhere, my roofs leaks in every room, front and back doors aren't secured, electrical is so jerry-rigged that only half the house works... I've repaired some of these problems myself and have provided repair receipts for her to deduct rent which she had refused, which is against the law... I have asked for the owner's information to speak privately about my problems with her and her handling... Which she will not provide... I am currently looking for a lawyer to file a lawsuit but with no luck.. so word of advice DO NOT MOVE HERE. DO NOT RAISE YOUR KIDS HERE .

On one hand, i was pretty free to roam and play, but it was Oklahoma, so not much else to do. It was boring, but we made our own fun. Im sure a lot has changed since then.
Me and my wife own to house trailers in this trailer park the manager is very friendly neighborhood watch very good place to be living if you have kids nothing has gotten stolen because of the neighborhood watch
Nice and quite and a friendly place to live.ppl are very friendly i like it here and the marina is just down the road awesome
