Oregon's home of the annual Combine Demolition Derby! Dirt track, no frills but a nice facility.
I forget that snuff and chew still exist until we go to the Sunset Speedway. There's a good vibe, though. The food is mid-priced. Leave your vegan and gluten free friends at home. Sorry, no outside food or drinks allowed. Bring something to sit on because despite the natural padding my mama gave me, no amount of junk in my trunk can save me from hours sitting on those metal bleachers. I'd recommend ear protection for the littles. We always end up with clay in our eyes and the smell of exhaust in our noses that lasts for at least two days, but we leave entertained. Visit on fan appreciation day. You'll be glad you did!
