When I called to set up an appointment for a tuneup, the woman sounded like she was having a bad day and with very little... concern in her voice. I ended up writing an email to complain via the website and then that same lady called me back and her tone completely changed! I think she was being listened to on the phone by her supervisor and she as trying to act like I must have been the one who was having a bad day and that SHE thought our previous conversation was pleasant and agreeable. She kept talking OVER me and would not let me get in a word about my feelings regarding our previous conversation, but once she finally did, I said, "THIS right here is EXACTLY the problem. You are saying you thought THIS and you thought THAT, but even the TONE in which you are speaking to me is a COMPLETE 180 from my previous call. And now that I'm trying to further explain why I had a negative experience in our previous interaction, you are not letting me get a word in and therefore NOT showing any concern. It's been a while since I left this company so I can't remember the exact words she said in our initial conversation that left a bad taste in my mouth, but overall I just remember that there was a lack of concern and.. then a lack of tact when the lady decided to call back and basically try to defend herself by pushing HER view of our conversation onto me. It was truly distasteful and I cancelled my contract with them that day.

This company is horrible. No customer service whatsoever. Promise delivery and never show up. Call in and talk to customer service and voice frustration and am told to find another company that they dont want to deal with ME anymore!! Eager to get rid of instead of trying to satisfy
