Great being able to purchase a wheelchair accessible van online and phone communication. Melinda and Jeremy were exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and personable. We needed to finance and they made the process easier. Since we live in a very rural mountain top spot, it was not a challenge for Jeremy and Adam to deliver the van. All was a positive experience.

Everyone was so courteous and professional. The tech who inspected our van, explained exactly what needed to be done and gave us an estimate as to what it would cost. He totally resolved our problem and even finished the work a half hour earlier than expected. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED IN A LONG TIME!

I normally do not want to go to a car dealer because of the pressure they put on customers. This dealership especially sales representative Jeremy did not use any pressure at all. He was so considerate and understanding. As a matter of fact after we agreed on a van we advised him we needed to go to our local bank and make a deposit to cover the purchase of the van. We left a deposit and he agreed to meet us in Maryville the next day and return our old van which had been traded in on the new van. This was one of the best buying experiences we have had.
