02/04/2021 the guy who was on the window #5 was extremely RUDE , I was trying to explain to him what I’m here for but he didn’t want to listen I had ask for a supervisor so she could help me . He grabbed the letter that I was showing him and put it upside down and said “forget about the letter” that was so disrespectful!!

Called in to see more about obtaining a marriage license, where we need to go, who to call to marry us, etc. the lady on the phone was very rude and said \I don't know. Let me transfer you real quick.\ I get transferred to another lady who then didn't understand what I was asking for. Info on a marriage license, how hard is that??? I did select 'marriage license information' on the automatic phone call menu!!! She then gives me the judges phone number to call and set up a ceremony time/date. Called in second time to ask about where to pick up my marriage certificate and if it's ready yet since we were waiting on a call from them to let us know (as we were told by the Chandler court we would get a notification from them after 3-6 weeks)-- at that point we've been waiting 10 weeks. The lady one the phone tells me to pick it up where my husband and I got married. I told her that the lady at Chandler court told us we pick it up at Supreme court. She sticks to her statement and tells us to go back there to pick it up. My husband goes to pick it up and the people at the Chandler court still demanded we go pick it up at the supreme court. I called back to let them know that I was confused on where to go and that lady (different one the second call) notifies me that the previous lady misunderstood that I said CERTIFICATE, not LICENSE. Ugh!!! We already bought the license and got married. We needed the certificate! Very frustrating to talk to. They need to either fire these people for not caring or retrain them. Just awful.
