The doctor took the time to sit down with me and discuss what I was wanting. He then not only listened and respected my request but did an immaculate job. Everyone has noticed that I look more beautiful but no one can tell exactly what changed. The work he did on me was perfect! Even better than I had imagined.

I went in about 3 weeks ago...I was highly disappointed with my appointment. I had microdermaplaning, not my first so I knew what to expect, but my esthetician seemingly did not.... Throughout the process she was shaky, barely touched the surface of my skin and after she "finished" she asked how it felt or if I had any comments. I frankly told her she missed half my face and the first layer was not removed. I wrote an email to the office immediately following my appointment and never received a call or a follow up email. I have been going to this location for a while now and never had a bad time but super unimpressed with the customer service and/or to make things right. Probably won't be going back :(
I've been having Rachel dye my eyelashes and brows for quite some time now. She does a wonderful job. I especially appreciate how careful she is to NOT get any solution in my eyes. And I enjoy the head massage she gives me while the dye is setting. I highly recommend Rachel at Surface.
I have been going to see Rachel for a dermaplaning facial on a monthly basis now for over a year. People have commented on how smooth my skin looks and I know it's because of the facials. Rachel is very knowledgeable and she is always able to answer any questions or concerns I may have.
I would like to start with I've been a customer of surface medical spa since 2004. I have alway appreciated the kind and professional service that I receive at this facility. My last service was a photo facial I would highly recommend this service to any of my friends. I absolutely love it.
Rachel is wonderful. Very professional and attentive. I have been to her several times and have been pleased each time with the IPL for sun spots on my face, neck, chest and back....
I had a fotofacial 1 1/2 wks ago. The procedure was not uncomfortable even though it took about an hour. I still have some of the "coffee grounds" left, but where they are gone so are the dark spots. My rosacea did not totally go away, but is much less noticeable. All in all, I am pleased with the results.
