Just wanted to give a shout out to Cäthy . I was looking for resort wear and wandered into this shop .I had walked past it many times but never had gone in . I’m so glad I did! They had such cute merchandise and Cathy was so nice and helpful. . As I live locally I will be returning and telling my friends about this hidden treasure.,

Unfortunately the letters peeled the first time I washed the shirt on gentle and let it air dry. 16.99. Facebook response told me to call the store. The store phone number won't allow me to leave a message. I'm angry because my 9 year old daughter wanted this shirt. I'm disappointed that the store won't make any effort to right this wrong.

We attempted to go into the shop tonight. My daughters went in before us and a lady told them "We close in 2 minutes. They decided to leave after because they felt uncomfortable. Considering it was 12 minutes to the hour- I felt it was an odd time to close. I understand that it was close to closing time. That wasn't the issue. The issue is the way she spoke to my children. It was clearly evident she was annoyed. This lady needs to remember it is not what you say, but it is how you say it that matters! I highly recommend anyone looking for souvenirs while visiting Clearwater Beach - avoid this store and walk a mere 20 feet to Surf Style. The customer service is completely night and day from one another!! I assure you all that at Surf Style you will no be made to feel like you are an inconvenience to the workers - even if it is close to closing time! I did not mind spending 232.17 - because they cared to help us find the perfect souvenirs and gifts. Sadly, I am sure that a smaller business like Surfing USA could have benefited from a 200 sale especially with the pandemic. Which they could have gotten a 200 sale if they would not treat customers like an inconvenience. I hope that they take my words to heart and realize that the way you make people still matters.

Visited Clearwater beach and discovered this awesome shop right off the beach on Gulfview blvd. The staff were extremely welcoming and really took the time to help me find what I was looking for. Monica greeted me with a smile and patiently helped me find the perfect swimsuit for my wife, as well as some souvenirs for the kids. Everyone there is so nice! If you're visiting the beach, this is definitely a one stop shop for all your beach gifts and needs.

As soon as I stepped into the store the older lady asked me in a rude tone “ what do you need”. It is a souvenir shop so I was just looking around and she literally followed me around the entire store. I did not buy ANYTHING because I felt discriminated against.

I like the grocery store in the front. Kind of a mini grocery store. They have something for everyone, for a price. The 3 stars are for the high priced beach wear. High dollar!! Very commercial.

Walked in to try and find some gifts but left because of the awful smell on the inside. Smelled completely like smoke. And to sell clothes in a shop that smells like that? Took my business elsewhere
