Wow its a great place!! There are 3 different climbing walls and indoor zip line. We bowled near the 4 super large t v screens. I counted 6 entertainment sections under one roof. I counted 4 hotels also. Great family f u n!!!!!!

I enjoyed seeing my grandchildren zip lining, arcades, laser tag and many other things to entertain you. The food was good and it so much of it. I would tell any one this is a great place for children and adults.

The bowling is so fun!!! The staff on that side was great! Unfortunately, when we tried to do the ropes course the two staffers laughed and told us they couldn’t let us do it because it was closed, and then ran off to play video games right in front of us.

My 3 nieces really wanted to do the rope course up above the arcade. Unfortunately two of my nieces didn't meet height requirements to participate safely. The employee that was working at the bottom of the rope course, putting the harnesses on the kids, was so sweet and polite. Once he explained they couldn't go up there safely there were instant tears from the kids in true little girl fashion lol. But the surge employee was so nice, he got down on their level and told them they would grow so quickly and would be able to go up there in no time, & then he showed them activities that they were big enough for. He apologized to me, although there was no need to apologize, it was completely understandable & I was glad there were safety measures in place like these. He also gave them a card that he had in his pocket with extra tickets on it that they could use at the prize desk. He absolutely did not have to do that, but he did. He called his manager to put our points back on our Surge card that had been swiped before figuring out they were too small. I really appreciate the time he took to provide great service and a wonderful experience. Didn't get his name but he is in the background of this picture I took of my nieces. Great employee

This place is a fun place for sure. It can look crowded outside but once you get inside and get checked in and buy your points card it gets less crowded. Go ahead and sign your waiver online and make it easier. Laser tag is great.

It may have been a popular time but it was super crowded and it seemed compact and you barely had room to move. The games/attractions seem fun enough but the crowd makes it hard to have fun. However my biggest issue was with the restaurant portion. We placed our names on the waiting list, never got a call/text despite seeing plenty of tables the would still allow us to be 6 feet apart. We decided to check if we could be seated and we could. We got a table and were ignored for the next 20-25 minutes, not even a we're backed up right now but we'll get to you soon as we can. I watched several servers just pass us by without any acknowledgement. So we were hungry and decided to try some where else. As we walked out my husband told the hostess our issue and she was really nonchalant about it. I expected to at minimum get a sorry about the wait but no such luck. Maybe we can try again when they aren't so popular and can be slightly more attentive.

The games are awesome. The food service was horrible. We waited an hour and a half for food that was overcooked by heat lamps. Supposedly dropped and remade, but cold when it got to our table. The food management was awful as well. My only regret is not taking the time to get the names of the women. Would not go back

Just visited. Very busy place. Looked like lots to do. Plenty of food and drink. Looking forward to trying out the bowling lanes.
