I've been to this location several times and have always received great care. The office staff and nurses/medical assistants are very caring and professional. They work to make the visit as easy as possible for patients. The providers are attentive and knowledgeable. I'm always in and out quickly. I know other reviews are not so favorable, but I can recommend this location with confidence.

Sat/sitting out front of the building at 658am until 720am with urgent needs and the door is locked and employees out in the parking lot . I went to a completely differnt one wont be back.. very unprofessional

NOT RELIABLE COVID TESTING SIGHT. !!!!!!!!!! HUMILIATION was my experience and frustration over INCOMPETENT EMPLOYERS!! I had to call in for three days to finally make an apt to get my kids Covid tested. I finally got an apt for 5 pm. Unfortunately the lady never put me in the system after she had taken all my info to make the apt. When I arrived early to find all this out the lady did not apologize or own up to her mistake. Making me look like I just randomly thought to show up at that time and on that day. So whomever reviewing this I wouldn’t suggest to goto this particular one. Since they can’t keep apts straight how reliable are they with the actual COVID TESTING or the results?

After having a bad experience at another clinic to get tested due to a work place incident. I called this place and let them know ahead of time I was coming. I’m not sure what her name was but she had pink hair. She had amazing customer service , I called ahead gave my insurance info she’s like just come on here and we will come to your car. She was so helpful and polite , I work in the medical field and sometimes staff aren’t always polite in places I notice but this girl was amazing. She was nice and welcoming, I was already anxious and she made it easier for me and helped me out Go here for your care !
