Family member is currently admitted in this facility, so this is a realtime update. 10/10/20 Pros: Very clean facility. Staff are very friendly and seem to be caring- when you can actually speak to someone. Cons: Very difficult to get someone on the phone to get status updates, ask questions etc. We've experienced up to 9 tries to get someone on the telephone. Occasionally someone will pick up and transfer the call only to have it ring indefinitely- up to 20- 30 rings. Finally, have to physically come to the facility to get someone to answer questions etc. Understandably, there are no in person visitors. However, this would also be the reason why increased communication to families is essential. If they correct thus issue, I would highly recommend. As it stands right now, I cannot recommend this place

I cannot say enough good about my three week recovery at Sante' of Surprise. Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapist were incredible.
HVS works very hard keeping this facility well kept and clean allowing patients to enjoy the ambiance. Culinary staff is beyond exceptional catering to patient's individual request always with a smile. Therapy staff is friendly and motivating with patients. Compassionate and friendly nursing staff 24/7.
Difficult to get anyone to answer the phone when you call. Social Worker. did nothing to assist with discharge plans. We had to get all the equipment needed on our own. Left messages for the administrator to call back,she never did.
Sante of Surprise is a clean, vibrant rehab facility that truly cares for their residents. Leah has been especially exceptional in her passion and care for seniors in the west valley!
