The installation crew was great. Friendly and very punctual. They got right to work and completed the project exactly as Bruce bid it. When finished they went over operation and care instructions. I would recommend West Valley Cabinets to anyone looking to install garage cabinets.

West Valley did an incredible job from cradle de grave. The estimator, install team & PJ were prompt, professional & the quality is second to none. We shopped around & they were by far the best value that still delivered top shelf cabinets. I would recommend them to anybody. I am a repeat customer of West Valley Cabinets. My first order I would give 4 stars as they did a good job. Second order for additional cabinets was not as good. Same installer but left a lot of glue on the trim. We did final inspection before I handed over the check and he cleaned a little bit off but made it seem like no big deal. It was to me. I spent some time cleaning dried glue off the faces of the cabinets. Also lots of saw dust left in the cabinets and sides. The pre cut shelves were very dirty like they had been dragged around the shop. All the cabinets and shelves required cleaning. This should have been done by the installer. The 3 stars were because they were installed correctly and seem level. If your installer is the face of the company, the final attention to detail is critical. A little sloppy this second time out and I’m not usually a complainer. With all the competitive cabinet companies out there, they need to give that little extra detail attention.
