After researching appraisers in the Nashville area, I came across Susan based on her having the highest Google review rating. Susan has the highest number of reviews and a perfect 5 star rating for a reason. Susan is the consummate professional. It's hard to find people of integrity these days but Susan is the poster child for it! Very easy to speak with, incredible knowledge and a true willingness to be fair and honest. If you're looking for appraisals and are within a hundred miles, call Susan and set up an appointment. We are over 75 miles away and would gladly drive to see Susan, she's that special!

We’ve probably had 6-7 pieces of jewelry appraised for insurance purposes. The office is clean and organized. The appointment setting procedures are thorough and simple. Ms. Schwartz epitomizes professionalism and efficiency. The education I receive each visit is a bonus. I will continue to trust her with our families important appraisal needs. Price is 125 the first hour and 100 each additional hour. The office setting is quiet and private. Just 3-4 minutes off of 65.

Susan Schwartz is a very professional and knowledgeable jewelry appraiser. I used her services to update the value of my wife's engagement ring and wedding set. My insurance company required a new appraisal since the last one was over 32 years ago. Susan explained the process she uses to appraise jewelry consistent with national appraisal standards and GIA standards. She is both a certified appraiser and GIA gemologist. I liked the fact that not only has she had a lot of training but she continues her education yearly. Her description of the diamond and wedding set was very thorough and completely described the reasoning for her valuation. She provided the printed and digital certified appraisal within an hour and a half. I recommend her service to anyone.
