Iwas in the swansea office 2/1/21for yearly test, it was sdministered by H.I.S. Ashley. ashley is very professional and makes sure you are happy with your hearing before you leave the office. Jackie the receptionist is always friendly and courteous. I have walked in a few times [un-anounced}, with minor problems with my hearing aids, and Jackie has always taken care of the problem while I am there instead of making an appointment for a later time. Thank you Ashley and Jackie.
